Influencers Arieff Yong and Sylvia Good are now engaged
14 Feb - Arieff Yong is now engaged to be married to fellow digital creator Sylvia Good.
The social media influencer, known for his funny videos, shared the good news on Instagram, writing, "I got engaged to the love of my life today. I had to keep it a secret for a WHOLE WEEK because I proposed in a cinema so I had to plan everything. (video coming soon)"
"And to @sylviagood_ from the moment we met, I knew this journey with you would be nothing short of extraordinary. Today, as we step into forever together, my love for you blossoms like never before. You are my greatest joy, my rock, and my forever love," he added.
Meanwhile, Sylvia, who is of Spanish descent, shared a clip from the proposal, posted, "From not knowing that "Malaysian funny guy on insta, Arieff Yong" to getting engaged to him. "If he is funny I will like him" well I guess @arieffyong was WAY TOO FUNNY and I liked him QUITE A LOT!!"
She also shared a screenshot of a Whatsapp chat she had with a friend back in September 2021, where she spoke about meeting the "Malaysian funny guy" and doing a promo with him on his TikTok account.
The two were first introduced by their mutual friend Rachael, when Arieff was looking for someone who can speak a bit of Italian for a video back in 2021.
