Hugo Ng finally returns to HK after diving incident in Sabah
1 Aug – Hugo Ng recently assured that he is doing much better following his recent trip to a hospital in Sabah due to a diving mishap.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who just recently came back from Malaysia following his treatment, shared that he had another doctor's appointment in Hong Kong after his return.
"The doctor told me that the headache will last around eight to ten days before it will finally subside. But we will go for another check-up just for safety," he said.
Hugo admitted that he didn't tell wife Lily Chung about the accident prior to his treatment, and only did so after he was discharged.
"This is something that I do. I never called my family to tell them bad news. I once broke my foot shooting in Singapore, and only told my father about it after I had my surgery," he said.
Asked if he is scared of going for a dive again in the future, Hugo said that he would just be more careful.
"I have to remind myself that I am not a young man anymore. I am going to celebrate my 60th birthday soon. I have to be aware of my health," he said.
