Hugo Ng is excited to regain normalcy post-restriction order
19 Jun – With the restriction order slowly easing up in Hong Kong since its implementation earlier this year due to COVID-19, Hugo Ng is excited to go back to his favourite activities.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor who appeared at the opening of a shop in Yuen Long recently, admitted that he was elated to see a lot of people attending the said launch, after so many months of restricted movement.
"With the restriction order slowly being relaxed, I can finally return to the court to play football. I am very much looking forward to that," he enthused.
On the other hand, Hugo stated that he is currently busy filming the new series, "Baby On Top" alongside Kenneth Ma and Eliza Sam.
When mentioned that his said co-star recently announced his new romance with Roxanne Tong, Hugo stated that he had already congratulated the actor.
"He is not that young anymore. I got married at 37 and even that is considered quite late. Roxanne also comes from a good background. If they were to marry, it would be great," he said.
The actor also stated that there were clues that the two of them had been dating for several months now.
"I often saw Kenneth walking around the company with a woman wearing a period drama costume, but I never walked over to talk to them," he said, noting that the woman in question was Roxanne in her "Smiling Across the Mortal World" costume.
