Warmer weather calls for an ice-cold coffee drink to get through long working days. "Cold brews are coffee grounds steeped for a long period; typically 8 to 12 hours. Longer steeping time results in a higher extraction. This results in more flavours and caffeine being extracted. Flash brews are commonly brewed using your pour-over method over ice and consumed as a cold beverage," Ang clarified.
"For someone who is new to the world of home brewing, we’d definitely recommend using a cold brew coffee maker," Ang continued.
