Review: A Zen-cation at Oasia Resort Sentosa
Oasia Resort Sentosa is the first spa and wellness-focused hotel by Far East Hospitality in Sentosa, with 191 rooms in two wings (Palawan/Wellness Sanctuary) divided over five tiers: Premier Room, Junior Suite, Suite, Spa Suite, Duplex Suite. Out of the list, only those in bold are available at the moment while the rest are going through refurbishments or renovations.
This means that it's a quieter period than usual, and don't worry, not a sound of renovation was heard during the entire stay. Those looking to recover from their daily hustle might want to consider the newly launched Zen-cation Anniversary Package, valid in September 2022 only, offering guests an all-rounded wellness journey over a 3D2N stay.
Yahoo Shopping was invited to a hosted stay in the Junior Suite, and here's what we feel in a nutshell.

One reason to stay in this hotel
This resort takes their spa seriously. Included in the Zen-cation package is a Oasia Signature Retreat for two pax:
Make sure to head down to the spa earlier to check out the sauna facilities, have some tea and relax in the meditation lounge.
After the incredibly relaxing spa session, you'll be well-fed with the generously-portioned Wellness Set Meal, provided by Bedrock Origins.
I cannot recommend the entire experience enough. My spa therapist was quiet and meticulous, and ensured that I had an entirely relaxing experience. Other spas have offered far less for higher prices.
Thoughtfully curated wellness activities throughout the stay
The all-inclusive itinerary for the special Zen-cation Anniversary package comes thoughtfully curated. Apart from a stay in the Junior Suite room and the Oasia Signature Day Retreat for two, you'll also get breakfast and access to recreational activities provided by the hotel. There's a myriad of activities to choose from – make body balm, soap, candle or body scrub (depending on the day of your stay), and get your daily exercises in with classes such as Qi Gong, Yoga, Pilates and more.
Don't fancy leaving the peace of the room? Rent a Lululemon mat from the reception and indulge in yoga, meditation and Les Mills workout videos from the comfort of your room.
A word of warning, though, soundproofing wasn't as sound (cough) as I would have preferred, so remember to keep your volume down so as not to disturb other guests.
Highly accessible to nearby attractions
Another win for the hotel is the close proximity to the monorail, giving us easy access to the entire plethora of attractions the island has to offer. Stay in and indulge in self-care, or head out for nice long walks by the beach. Take your options!
The 3D2N stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa is priced at $1,440 nett for:
- Two-night stay in the Junior Suite
- Daily breakfast for two
- Access to any of the Wellness Programme Takeover activities
- Oasia Signature Day Retreat for two at Oasia Spa
- A set of fitness kit which includes fitness equipment such as ropeless skipping rope, frisbee, resistance band and yoga towel
While you're here, might as well get resort fashion-ready!
