Gigi Ho awaits Hinson Chou's response
20 Jan - TV presenter and actress Gigi Ho recently revealed that she and sister Lily Ho are currently in talks with Hinson Chou to resolve the previous defamation issue.
According to Mingpao News, previously, her sister, TVB actress Lily Ho, revealed that they have sent a legal notice to Hinson, demanding the actor to apologise publicly for his previous statement against the Ho family, particularly Gigi.
In his interview with the media last month, Hinson stated that his breakup with Lily was caused by the Ho family, who extorted money from him.
He alleged that Lily's sister Gigi demanded that he paid a monthly living expenses of HKD10,000 to HKD20,000 to the family in order to be with the actress, and that he finally decided to break up with Lily after discussing it with his family.
When asked about the issue recently, Gigi, who attended a footwear event on 17 January, stated that Hinson has already received the letter of demand and that they are now waiting for his response.
The actress also stated that they have also set a deadline for the public apology, although declined to disclose the exact date.
When asked how her sister is doing right now, Gigi said that Lily's mood is getting better and that the family is always in support with each other in dealing with the issue.
