SINGAPORE — Many brands have now flipped the script and opened a brick-and-mortar presence to maximise traditional retail opportunities. One example is omnichannel fashion brand Pomelo. Launched in Asia in 2013, Pomelo only had a website and social media presence. But today, they’ve marked retail presence with a 6,000 sq ft store at 313@Somerset along Orchard Road.

The store officially opened today (12 June), and is the largest Pomelo store in Southeast Asia to date. With a range of over 8,000 products, consumers can walk-in and pick up their favourite fashion items.

Additionally, the store provides innovative tech-enabled features including a virtual system for customers to pick up their orders and book fitting rooms.

Pomelo will also be debuting In-Store Mode for the first-time ever in Singapore on the Pomelo App, allowing customers to book their fitting room, pick up their orders, and browse Pomelo’s entire catalog in just a few easy taps.
