Fans of husband-and-wife design duo Ben and Erin Napier definitely know that the HGTV stars are not shy about spreading their rustic approach to decorating. From their nine seasons on the network's Home Town show to their myriad furniture collections and brand collaborations, the Napiers are all about a simple yet commanding look that is fully on display with their newest design adventure: a lighting collection.
The couple debuted their collection with Richmond, Virginia-based Shades of Light, which has operated in the area since 1936. Though the retailer isn't located in Napier's hometown of Laurel, Mississippi, Shades of Light definitely boasts that Southern appeal that the couple (and their fans) love so much.

As for the collection, it comprises 14 pieces that include hanging, ceiling, wall, and outdoor lights. At first glance, they're aesthetically simple, devoid of any unnecessary ornamentation, and mainly made of metal and frosted glass. The vibe they were going for? A timeless elegance punctuated with Southern hospitality and character—specifically, grandmillennial vintage vibes. Think quirky things you may find in your grandmother's house but with a millennial's younger, less traditional touch.
To get a sense of what we mean, take a look at some of their pieces below. With such a budget-friendly price point (the cheapest one is $190), we feel that fans of both the style and the couple will scoop them up and mount them to the wall fast. A few personal favorites include the Gardiner Schoolhouse ceiling light, which looks like a much more flattering version of the outdated Boob light; the glossy chrome Flatiron Bath sconce; and Ben's Barn light, which, we have to admit, is exactly what you'd expect if you are familiar with Ben's taste.
Erin says, "The best interiors are a balance of fancy and casual, masculine and feminine. The interest for me in this collection was taking that sensibility and applying it to lighting." The couple's aesthetic goals for this collection were definitely met with success, as each of the 14 pieces captures what they were going for.
