Elanne Kong denies she is pregnant with first baby
26 Feb – Hong Kong actress Elanne Kong has recently laughed off rumours that she is now with a baby.
As reported on Mingpao, rumours of her pregnancy sparked recently, when the actress shared a photo of her leaning against the wall with her tummy partially in view - one that many interpreted to be her way of announcing a pregnancy.
When asked about it during an event held on 23 February, Elanne, who appeared alongside husband Oscar Siu, said that many people have been congratulating her since the photo came out.
However, unfortunately, there is no pregnancy just yet, and it was just a misunderstanding because of the way she was sitting down in the photo.
"I have been working hard on my exercises. My waist is still at 23 inches. I will just sit down better in the future," she said.
Elanne admitted that she has quit drinking alcohol in recent years and doing her best to eat healthy. However, she stressed that it was not particularly for the sake of pregnancy.
"I just want to adjust to a better health. In the future, you can recover much quicker after having children," she said.
