5 Mar – While Don Li is confident that his upcoming film, "Male Extreme Search Light", will go into production despite the dispute between his upcoming director Wynn Lau and co-star Leung Chai Yan, other future co-stars, including Eddie Pang and Billy Lau, are more worried as they have yet to sign any contract.
As reported on Oriental Daily News, Eddie Pang recently stated that he was very surprised that the director ended up having a conflict with the budding actress, and was worried that it may affect production.
"Of course I would be happy if the movie continues to go into production. If it doesn't, then there would be a problem," he said.
Eddie stated that he has neither signed any contract nor received advance payment for the movie, but hoped that everything goes well in the end.
Meanwhile, Billy Lau was not as positive about the movie's future, and revealed that he and several other future co-stars have yet to sign any contract. He also believed that Leung has not done so as well.
