7 May - Taiwanese singer-songwriter David Tao has recently dismissed rumours of his wife Penny's pregnancy.
According to Epoch Times, the singer, who attended the press conference for Raymond Huen's debut solo album on 6 May, stated that he was perplexed as to how the rumours came to be.
"I don't know where these rumours came from. But I will announce it when the time has come," he said.
When asked whether he is keeping mum about the pregnancy as it has not been three months yet, David smiled and replied, "There is nothing right now. But I am also hopeful."
David marries girlfriend Penny Jiang back in August last year in a grand affair that cost him NTD6 million (approximately USD195,822). The couple previously admitted that they plan to have a child as soon as David's concert tour completed.
