Coffee Lam can't believe she is now married
28 Jun – Coffee Lam recently made her first appearance in public since tying the knot to her non-showbiz boyfriend, Chak Chee Weng.
As reported on Mingpao, the former TVB actress who is currently five months pregnant with her first child, admitted that she is still not used to being called Mrs Chak, even after nearly a week of being married to her husband.
"I still refer to my husband as my boyfriend sometimes," she said.
When mentioned that she only held a simple wedding, Coffee said that organising a wedding is always a stressful activity that could affect one's emotions.
"Plus, I am pregnant, so we decided to have a simple event instead," she said.
Coffee revealed that she plans to invite more friends to celebrate with her when she organises her baby's 100th Day celebration in the future.
As for her pregnancy, the actress-turned-yoga instructor said that she and her husband will be welcoming a baby boy, and that she has opted for a natural birth.
"I have already reduced my workload, but I will be holding a parent-child yoga class on 1 July. I can still handle a simple work," she added.
