Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse are not back together, says manager
25 Jul – Cecilia Cheung's manager has laughed off rumours that the actress and ex-husband Nicholas Tse may get back together.
Rumours of reconciliation came courtesy of excited fans, who believed that the two parties had a rendezvous in Australia, after Nic was spotted with son Lucas in Melbourne, while Cecilia was seen in a photo with a fan in the same country.
However, when asked about this, Cecilia's manager Emily dismissed this as nothing more than fans' wish, saying that the actress went to Australia this time to bring her family to visit relatives.
"Cecilia had studied in Australia and a lot of her relatives and friends live there," she said.
As for the rumour, Emily laughed and stated, "Of course it's not true. If they are back together, they would definitely announce it instead of it being reported by the media."
The manager stated that she understands that some fans want the two to be back together, but that she is certain that at this moment, such a thing had not occurred.
