16 May - Cecilia Cheung has recently dismissed rumours of romance and an upcoming wedding with Taiwanese actor, He Meng-huai.
As reported on Mingpao, rumours of romance between them sparked after the two of them starred in the Chinese variety show, "The Goddess Choice" (also known as "L'Aveugle"). Their apparent chemistry has also attracted the viewers' attention.
Sources claimed that Cecilia and He, who is nine years younger than her, became closer since then. The actor has also been sharing a lot of photos of him and Cecilia together online, sparking rumours that their onscreen relationship has trickled off screen as well.
On the other hand, fans are also expressing their support for the relationship to grow, with many saying that they will bless the couple if it's true they are taking the next step.
However, Cecilia's camp recently dismissed the rumours, calling it an "inexplicably fake news" and that the actress is happily living a single life. Her rep also urged the media to stop spreading false information, adding that the rumours of Cecilia and He's romance are just that - rumours.
