Highlights that garnered praise during an intimate media tasting include Chef Daniel Wong's Traditional ShunDe Fish Soup served with Croaker & Bird’s Nest and Braised Glutinous Rice with Fish Maw, Lobster Bisque and Yunnan Tomato and Crispy Slow Cooked Australian Wagyu Beef Ribs, Sichuan Pepper Sirloin. Madame Fan’s Executive Chinese Chef Pak Chee Yit's also presented refined offerings of Xin Hui Tangerine Peel Iberico Pork Belly, Gu Yue Long Shan Hua Diao Chinese Wine Steamed Crab Claw with Egg White & Guangdong Sihui Style Rice Noodles and KweiChow Maotai Ice Cream.

NewJean's Danielle is Celine's latest global ambassador
Danielle of NewJeans will join the likes of BTS' V and Korean actor Park Bo-gum as Celine's latest roster of global ambassadors. Dior Beauty is proud to introduce five new high-shine shades created by Peter Philips. These shades combine pastels with pop and colourful tones and are available in a formula composed of 90 per cent natural-origin ingredients. The fashion lipstick wardrobe, centered around the iconic black lacquer lipstick case, also features three new limited-edition cases inspired by the House's most on-trend designs.
House Ambassadors Jisoo and Anya Taylor-Joy present this new facet of Dior Addict in the latest campaign full of energy and freshness.
“Whether you are a color addict, a shine addict or a fashion addict… This new launch containing colorful combinations with delectable shades fulfils every look for every mood,” Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup shared.
The new shades – Rose Bonheur, Dior Lilac, Desir, Dolce Vita and Nude Mitzah – are available in refills and priced at S$52 each. Three new cases – Rosemania, Pink Oblique and Silver Carnage – are priced at S$47, S$77 and S$47 respectively.
Dior Addict will be available on the Dior Beauty Online Boutique from 25 March 2023 and at all Dior Beauty Boutiques and Counters from 1 April 2024.

Makers Mark to launch its Cellar Aged in Manhattan Bar, Singapore
A cellar story rooted in a rich heritage of passion and craftsmanship, Maker’s Mark has consistently pushed the boundaries of whisky-making since its conception. It all started when its founders bravely lit their 170-year old family bourbon recipe on fire. For Maker's Mark, their story is all about evolving with the times and pushing boundaries.
This month, Manhattan Bar will be the exclusive, first-to-launch partner to carry Cellar Aged in Singapore. This launch of Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged in Singapore is the first in Southeast Asia. Cellar Aged builds on a taste vision that is generations in the making. It defines an older whisky that is distinctly Maker’s Mark. One rooted in challenging conventions, asking “what if?”, challenging the whisky category - and the world - to think of age differently.

New Bahru, Singapore’s first creative cluster will soon be unveiled at 46 & 58 Kim Yam Road in River Valley. The name “New Bahru” (Bahru meaning “New” in Malay) reflects the project’s hopes of bringing together a new creative community and a nod to the very Singaporean penchant for repeating words for emphasis, for example, swee swee, play-play, jalan jalan.
