Barbie Hsu slams ex-MIL for alleging her son was expelled from school

28 May - Barbie Hsu recently expressed fury over her former mother-in-law alleging that her child has been expelled from school due to long-term absence.

As reported on Epoch Times, the allegations made by Wang Xiaofei's mother Zhang Lan during her usual livestream on 22 May, saying that nobody took care of her grandson Wang Hsi-lin.

"He doesn't do his homework or go to classes, and he has been expelled from school. My son took great pains to send him to the same private school as his sister Wang Hsi-yueh, but he was kicked out and now he can't go," she said.

In response to Zhang Lan, Barbie released a statement on social media saying that her son has adapted well in school and that rumours of his expulsion were false.

Barbie also stated that she has filed an application to the court for a restraining order to prohibit Zhang Lan from committing illegal acts against her and her children and to stop her former mother-in-law's behaviour of infringing on the rights of women and children.
