Andrew Yuen wants more antagonistic characters

21 Feb – While most actors would like to advance their career by playing the lead, actor Andrew Yuen said that he would love it if he could revert to playing antagonistic roles again.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor who spoke about his wishes for the Year of the Dog, shared, "I want to play a villain again. I have played villains before back when I was in ATV."

The actor added that he is not worried about tarnishing his good guy image, saying that his fans will be supportive of his performance no matter what role he plays.

Aside from playing villains, Andrew, who became popular again after playing the role of Mr Yau in the TVB drama, "My Unfair Lady", shared that he would love to co-host the 2018 World Cup.

"I have always been a fan of football," said the actor.

The actor's upcoming dramas include "Deep in the Realm of Conscience", "Succession War", and "Apple-Colada".
