Aisha Retno had panic attack after performance at Anugerah Juara Lagu
5 Mar - Aisha Retno revealed that she had a panic attack right after performing her song at the Anugerah Juara Lagu.
The singer, who competed with her song "Sutera", stated that the episode might have happened because she had been tired following a long period of preparation.
"We don't really know what happened to our body. I might have been fatigued, but as an artiste, you can't have that as an excuse," she said.
The singer, who won second place and also Best Performance of the night, said that she is elated to have won alongside great musicians like Amir Jahari (who won the grand prize for his song "Hasrat") and Aina Abdul.
"They are both my idols. I am proud to be standing with them. This is my first time in AJL and I was able to win second place. I hope that I will be able to compete again in the future," she added.
