Yumiko Cheng still adjusting on "Heart and Greed"

6 Apr - Although she has started filming her new drama with TVB, Yumiko Cheng admitted that she is still on an 'adjustment' mode.

According to Mingpao, the singer, who is playing the role of a wealthy woman in the new drama, "Heart and Greed", shared that it has been nine years since she starred in a TVB drama.

Her last one was the 2008 costume drama, "The Gentle Crackdown II", co-starring Steven Ma and Ha Yu.

"Not only have I not starred in a drama for the last nine years, this time, I am also doing a different kind of genre. I have to do it with a different mindset. But it's better than before," she said.

When asked how she juggles between filming and taking care of her daughter, Yumiko said that TVB has been good to her.

"My scenes are not that many. I only have to film for a few hours in a day," she said.

Yumiko added that playing a rich woman has its advantages too, as she gets to ride in luxury cars and helicopters.
