What does this mean for us?
Lots of different negronis to try, of course! Specifically, you'll be able to try out at least 14 versions of Negroni from award-winning bars across Singapore, such as Sago House, Nutmeg & Clove and more. Here are some highlights we tried that we loved!
Jungle Ballroom at Mondrian – Breakfast 2.0 (S$24++) by Adrian Besa, Head Bartender
Recipe: Campari, Cinzano Rosso Vermouth, Gin, Coconut Coffee Liqueur, Chocolate Orange Bitters
Flavour notes: An Asian Negroni throughout with its use of Indian gin, Indonesian coffee liqueur. Bitter like the classic, sweet with caramel toffee and vanilla undertones that make it a dessert-ty variant that is approachable for all drinkers.

Recipe: Discarded lemon husk Campari, Kaffir Lime Rosso Vermouth blend, Nutmeg & Clove Infused Gin
Flavour notes: Ideated as a nod to the bar’s name, this variant presents a symphony of flavours to encapsulate paradise in a glass with zesty notes from infused Campari and vermouth blend, along with a subtle herbal sweetness and hints of spice from the infused gin.
Night Hawk – Binary Byzantine (S$25++) by Chuan, Head Bartender
Recipe: Campari, Chinato Vermouth, Montelobos Espadin Mezcal, Classico Bitters Liqueur, Dark Chocolate Liqueur
Flavour notes: A smoky, bittersweet mezcal negroni with accents of chocolate and Chinato that creates a familiar yet unique rendition of the timeless classic.
Sago House – Nuthin’ But a “G” Thang (S$24++) by Naz, Head Bartender

Brooklyn Bar – Mr Bumpy J (S$22++) by Danny Dave, Head Bartender
