"Trading Floor" to begin filming

27 Apr - Francis Ng's upcoming mini-series, "Trading Floor", a collaboration between FOX, Tencent, and Andy Lau's Focus Television, is set to begin filming soon.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who appeared at the production commencement ceremony recently, shared that the new show will have a total of five episodes, with the running time of 50 minutes per episode.

The actor shared that aside from working for the first time in a FOX-produced mini-series, this is also his first full cooperation with Taiwanese actor Joseph Chang.

When asked if he has discussed the script with Andy, Francis laughed and said, "I don't know where to find him."

Francis said that Andy has already started working while still in physical therapy and was even seen at his office.

"I didn't want to disturb him, since he must have been really busy with work," he said.

Written and directed by KK Wong, "Trading Floor" is set in Hong Kong's financial world. Other stars include Jacky Cai, Carlos Chan, and Jiang Qilin.
