Just in time for summer, Trader Joe’s has a new pancake and waffle mix that’s big on fruit flavor.

Trader Joe’s New Strawberries & Crème Pancake & Waffle Mix

For a limited time, customers can find boxes of new Strawberries & Creme Pancake & Waffle Mix on store shelves. In addition to the buttermilk powder and creamy white chocolate chips, the new product also has something that the beloved grocer says they weren’t seeing in mixes: actual strawberries. Complete with freeze-dried strawberries for a flavor that keeps its namesake at the forefront, this mix is sure to be a hit.

Instagrammer @traderjoesobsessed recently shared a photo of a fully loaded waffle made with the new mix. “SOO GOOD!! I’m def going back to stock up” said one commenter. “Omg looks so cute. my kids would love this!” another follower added.

All you will need to add is milk, eggs, and oil for a complete batter that’s ready to use. Top your finished pancakes with a big scoop of homemade whipped cream and fresh chopped strawberries or double down on fruit flavor with a pour of strawberry syrup.  For a more decadent version, add a drizzle of chocolate sauce. There’s an option to suit all tastes making this dry mix an excellent option to replace your usual pancake recipe.
