New in town: The Vermilion House — Authentic Italian wine and dishes at Marina Square

Wine and fine dining go hand in hand. Why do you think nearly all atas restaurants serve them? The Vermilion House is the latest addition to that list, with its launch on 11 Nov 2022 at Marina Square.

The Vermilion House - Tomahawk

Founded by two brothers, Enzen and Enzon, The Vermilion House is both a wine bar and a restaurant that’s ideal for both novice drinkers and wine connoisseurs. It serves only the best Italian wines, which are all imported from the oldest Italian goods importer in Singapore.

Complementing its wide selection of wine, The Vermilion House also serves Italian food with one of its highlights being the no-cream Classic Carbonara (S$25++) which is as authentic as you can get with only 5 ingredients being used.

The Vermilion House - Scallops

It doesn’t end there, with other main options such as Slow Roast Brisket Pasta (S$23++), Nero Aglio Olio (S$23++), A4 Wagyu Ribeye (S$35++), Rack of Lamb (S$35++), Pan Seared Salmon (S$31++) and Risotto ai Frutti di Mare (S$25++).

Vegan options are also available like the Garden of Mushrooms (S$25++), Truffle Mushroom Risotto (S$23++) and Trofie Al Pesto (S$21++).
