Tomok finally sold out damaged luxury items from nail polish incident

5 Apr - Tomok is breathing a sigh of relief that the luxury items he had to pay for due to his child's blunder have now been bought off by his social media followers.

The singer, who was asked about the aftermath of the incident, stated that he received lots of messages from friends and followers alike about the shirts and jeans that he had to purchase, saying that they are interested to buy it off him.

"I am touched and grateful because all four of those jeans and two of the shirts are now sold out. There were lots of interested parties after I posted the second video with the detailed price of RM800 for each jeans and RM300 and RM250 for the shirts," he said.

It is noted that Tomok previously had to pay damages of RM5,593 to a designer clothing boutique in a prominent shopping centre, after his 3-year-old child spilled red nail polish on four shirts and four pants, with each having the price range of RM1,299, RM899 and RM499.

Tomok then added that he only sold two of out four shirts as he wanted to keep the other two for his children when they grow up.

Asked how the incident happened, Tomok said that he and his wife didn't notice that their youngest child was holding the nail polish bottle as they let their domestic helper watch over her. He admitted to getting panicked after realising how expensive those items were but nonetheless kept his cool to settle the issue.
