29 Jul - After the previous delays, it is finally revealed that "Thor: Love & Thunder" will not be released in theatres in Malaysia after all.

The announcement was made by GSC on 28 July, stating, "Dear valued customers, please be informed that Disney has updated that Marvel Studios' 'Thor: Love and Thunder' will not be releasing in Malaysia after all."

"We appreciate your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."

It was just two weeks ago that it was announced that the movie was indefinitely postponed, after it first delayed release from early July to the 21st.

No official statement has been made by either Disney or Marvel, but this is the second Disney-related film that has been pulled from release following "Lightyear" this year.

However, the news was not a surprise at all to moviegoers, who instead stated that they will just wait for the movie to be released on Disney+ Hotstar.

The movie has grossed USD 685 million worldwide to date.
