Thom Browne Celebrates 20 Years With Jenna Ortega, Christine Baranski
In honor of his 20th anniversary, Thom Browne gathered friends at The Grill on Monday evening for a celebratory dinner.
Naturally, the occasion called for one’s best Thom Browne, and the guests did not disappoint. Jordan Roth dipped into his closet and rewore part of his Met Gala 2022 look, which had largely been underneath the rest of his look and therefore unseen.

“Remember this? Remember this old thing?” Roth said as he gave a twirl in the building’s lobby entrance, before striking a pose.
Jeremy O. Harris was accompanied by a leather giraffe handbag, which was carefully watched by a staff member while he took photos. Jenna Lyons, a ubiquitous face on the party circuit as of late thanks to her “Real Housewives” fame, received applause after a staged photo opp up and down the staircase of The Grill.
Inside the cocktail hour upstairs, trays of Sancerre and Champagne coupes floated by as the room mingled. David Harbour and Lee Pace chatted by the bar, “The Summer I Turned Pretty” star Christopher Briney was whisked away for social content before joining Jenna Ortega and King Princess in conversation, and boygenius played overhead.
Other guests included Christine Baranski, Lola Tung, Rebecca Hall and Morgan Spector, Chase Sui Wonders, Anh Duong, Reign Judge, Evan Mock, Yahya Abdul-Mateen, Huma Abedin and more.
“It’s been 20 years and I look around the room and I feel like this is my family that has seen me through the last 20 years,” Browne said during a toast once everyone had been seated. “And I feel like it’s so familial in this room, and I think I’ve learned and grown so much from so many of you in this room. It’s really the reason why we’re here celebrating the 20 years.”
