Syifa Melvin threatens to call the police on abusive netizens
20 Nov - Syifa Melvin recently revealed that she has decided to take action against some netizens who had insulted her baby on social media.
On 18 November, the actress, who shared screenshots of several netizens likening her son to a certain animal, posted, "Which parents are unfortunate enough to have such a person as a child? When it comes to family, you have toyed with the wrong person."
Syifa said that she is giving said netizens 24 hours to contact her using her real account before she takes it to the police and the Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
"If you don't want this to become a bigger issue, you come find me," she added.
Speaking to the media after the declaration, Syifa said that she will not back down from her threat and will be lodging a police report.
Meanwhile, footballer husband Safawi Rasid is also making similar threats, writing, "I will find you. Just you wait."
