Suzanne Hsiao rescued from attempted suicide?

4 Jul – Troubled actress Suzanne Hsiao was recently rescued from what seemed to be an attempted suicide.

As reported on Mingpao News, some residents living nearby reportedly saw the Taiwanese star sitting on the windowsill of her 7th floor apartment, with her feet dangling as if ready to jump.

Moments later, fire-fighters were called to solve the matter, accompanied by Suzanne's mother, who demanded to break into the house to talk to her daughter.

Allegedly, an argument broke out between the two, before Suzanne, who was wearing a pink shirt and a pair of shorts, was pulled from the window.

The actress was later sent to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Suzanne's agency apologised for the incident and stated that it was a misunderstanding because the actress was only dizzy from the medicine she took for her sickness.

Suzanne Hsiao was viewed as Taiwan's next best thing when she first entered showbiz at the age of 21. However, her overall image was tainted after she was caught using drugs three times since 2006.

The 37 year-old also served prison time for 422 days on drugs allegations back in 2012.
