Sun Li wins Best Actress at Feitian Awards

10 Apr – Chinese actress Sun Li has recently been named Outstanding Actress at the 31st Feitian Awards (also known as Flying Apsaras Awards) - which is one of the biggest television awards in China in addition to the Golden Eagle Awards and Magnolia Awards.

As reported on Phoenix, the actress, who accepted the award shared that she is happy to be recognised for her role in the costume drama, "Nothing Gold Can Stay", even though she hasn't been as active as in the past due to her role as a mother to her two children.

She also used the opportunity to promote herself, saying that she hopes that there will be more scripts coming her way in the future, now that China is cultivating more producers and directors.

Now that she has won the Feitian Award, Sun Li ha become the youngest actress to win the China television's "Grand Slam" - the title given to an actor who wins all three major awards.

She previously won Most Popular Actress at the Golden Eagle Awards for her role in "Hot Mom!", and Best Actress at the Magnolia Awards for her performance in "The Legend of Mi Yue".
