Nicholas Tse returns to HK for new movie

21 Feb – Nicholas Tse is set to star in a new Hong Kong movie, not a year after the release of "Raging Fire".

As reported on On CC, the actor was recently seen returning to Hong Kong from Beijing in secret, supposedly to prepare for his new movie with filmmaker Herman Yau.

The actor reportedly will also work as the action director for the new movie, said to be revolving around the Hong Kong Customs, which is why he arrived earlier than scheduled.

Asked about Nic's return, manager Mani Fok confirmed the news, saying that the new movie is currently in pre-production.

"The related details will have to wait until the official announcement," she said.

Aside from Nic, the upcoming project reportedly will star Hong Kong Film Awards Best Actress nominee Cya Liu as well.
