Aaron Kwok happy to be filming a movie again

16 Jun – Aaron Kwok expressed his delight over finally having his new film in production, months after the Hong Kong government halted all production work due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor who appeared in Ho Man Tin to begin filming Wong Hing Fan's new movie, "Broken Net" (working title) alongside Gordon Lam, Patrick Tam, and newcomer Megan Lai, stated that he hopes that nobody was discouraged over the decline of the film market due to the previous situation and would instead focus on getting back on track.

"I hope that aside from this film, other productions will begin filming as soon as possible. Then everybody would be able to regain their job and make good movies," he added.

Aaron revealed that he plays an intelligent computer app designer in the new movie who finds himself and his family in danger after inventing a super smart application.

On the other hand, co-star Gordon Lam stated that he is looking forward to working with Aaron again, ten years after their cooperation in "Cold War".

"He is a very good actor, so I will prepare myself properly this time," he added.
