South Korea’s toast sandwich chain Isaac Toast will be opening its first outlet in Singapore on 15 July in basement two of Plaza Singapura mall, the brand announced on Tuesday (26 June).

Popular in Seoul, Isaac Toast specialises in breakfast toasted sandwiches with fillings such as bacon, ham, cheese, shrimp and bulgogi (grilled beef slices).

The brand will feature their Specialties MVP Toast series, as well as their Bacon & Ham series, on its menu here, besides drinks such as coffee, tea, shakes and fruit juices.

Customers will be given a free cup of Americano coffee on the outlet’s opening day if they are able to say the Isaac Toast slogan in Korean.

The brand aims to launch Singapore-only menus in outlets here in the near future.

Marc Chua, Operations Director of Isaac Toast, said, “With its first foray into Singapore riding on the Korean wave, we are pretty confident that our products will do well among the working professionals as well as students.”

The brand was brought to Singapore by Altitude Holdings, which manages other Korean restaurant chains in Singapore such as Andong Zzimdak and Yoogane.

On top of over 800 stores in South Korea, Isaac Toast also has other overseas outlets in Malaysia, Taiwan and Macau.
