"Silicon Valley" star Thomas Middleditch boards "Godzilla" project

"Silicon Valley" star Thomas Middleditch has joined the cast of Legendary's "Godzilla: King of the Monsters", alongside Millie Bobby Brown and Kyle Chand.

Middleditch, who will also appear in "Replicas" opposite Keanu Reeves, also joins Vera Farmiga and O'Shea Jackson Jr. who are also signed on to on the project.

"Krampus" helmer Michael Dougherty is set to direct from a script he penned with Zach Shields (via Variety).

"Godzilla: King of Monsters" is slated for theaters on March 22, 2019, with the related monster blockbuster "Godzilla vs. Kong" to debut the following year, on May 22, 2020.

A grand jury in Massachusetts has indicted a doctor who is accused of sexually assaulting more than 200 former patients over a period of more than a decade. The patients sued Dr. Derrick Todd, who has been accused of performing unnecessary pelvic floor therapy, breast examinations, testicular examinations and other unwarranted procedures on patients dating back to 2010. The Middlesex District Attorney's Office said in a statement Thursday that Todd was indicted earlier that day for “two counts of rape alleging the sexual assault of two women.”
