Shuib to marry Watie Hanifiah in June
14 Apr – After much speculations, comedian and radio presenter Shuib recently revealed that he will be marrying businesswoman Watie Hanifiah in June.
Shuib, real name Shahmira Muhammad, shared that they are currently preparing for the wedding, which is now 30 percent completed.
"As of now, we have booked the venue. It will be a moderate ceremony since it will be my second marriage and the first one for Watie. What's more important is that everybody is happy," he said.
At the same time, Shuib also stated that he plans to bring Watie to Pendang to meet his late wife Siti Sarah's stepmother Siti Fatimah Suberi.
As to whether he is ready to be married again, Shuib said that he saw the need for it after seeing how his kids need a mother.
"There is no one who can replace Sarah but I believe Watie can be a good mother to the children since she has some of Sarah's characteristics. The children are also comfortable with her," he said.
