SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan and Jun to miss group activities
14 Aug - It was revealed that Jeonghan and Jun will not be with SEVENTEEN for the second half of the year due to two different reasons.
The news was revealed by PLEDIS Entertainment on 12 August, saying that Jeonghan will be enlisting in the military in the second half of the year and will not be able to participate in the promotions of the 12th mini album as well as the group's upcoming world tour.
However, the singer will still be performing with the group at Lollapalooza Berlin.
On the other hand, the agency said that their Chinese member Jun, real name Wen Junhui, will be focusing on his acting career and other projects in China at the same time, though unlike Jeonghan, he will not be performing with the group in Berlin or be a part of the world tour.
"Although he is unable to take part in the world tour, Jun will participate as much as he can in schedules that engage with CARATs [the fandom]," they added.
The upcoming "SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE]" world tour will be launched in South Korea on 12 October.
