Sammi Cheng will not add dates to concert
23 Jun - Sammi Cheng admits that despite her effort, it would be a long time before ticket scalping will no longer be an issue in the industry.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who previously urged fans not to buy tickets to her upcoming concert, "Touch Mi Part 2", from scalpers who are reselling at an exorbitant price, stated that there is nothing she can do when it involves demand and supply.
Sammi stated that since she has limited her performances to only eight shows, it is highly likely that fans will do anything to get the tickets to her show.
However, the singer said that she has no plans to add more dates to her schedule to cater to the demands, since she has to keep her energy and voice capability to the limit.
"I am so sorry that some fans weren't able to get tickets. But I am not as powerful as people would imagine. I have no ability to make changes," she added.
