After a tense press circuit promoting their movie It Ends With Us, Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are in full-on feud mode—and heading to court. The Gossip Girl alum is accusing the actor-slash-director of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. Meanwhile, Baldoni is countersuing Lively for defamation and claiming she and her husband Ryan Reynolds hijacked his production.

If you're just as invested in this drama as we are—you might've pored over the lawsuits, watched countless TikToks debriefing the drama, and chosen whose "side" you're on. However, as professional homebodies, we can't help but wonder how their real-estate portfolios stack up against each other. Here's the breakdown.

Lively and Reynolds might have a combined net worth of about $380 million, but their real-estate portfolio is surprisingly low-key. Though Reynolds did own some property in Los Angeles prior to marrying Lively, the two have settled down on the East Coast. In 2012, shortly after they started dating, the couple reportedly dropped about $2 million on a traditional country home in Bedford, New York, a ritzy neighborhood 45 miles north of Manhattan.

A year later, the couple sold their Bedford home and purchased an adobe in the neighboring town of Pound Ridge for $5.7 million. The 9,000-square-foot property, which is still their primary residence, sits on 11 acres of land and boasts a barn as well as a guest house. Who knows? Maybe the couple's bestie—or, as Lively called her, "dragon"—Taylor Swift has stayed there. The Green Lantern stars keep their home life private, but glimpses they've shared on social media show a rustic retreat complete with distressed touches and wood-paneled walls.

Lively and Reynolds might spend most of their time in the country, but they also have a city escape. Their NYC residence is 443 Greenwich Street, a former 19th-century book bindery factory that is now a luxe Tribeca apartment complex. With a total of 53 units—45 loft-style homes and eight penthouses ranging from 2,000 to 9,000 square feet—it's safe to say the family of six has plenty of room. Of course, the building itself is packed with all-star amenities such as a 5,000-square-foot roof deck, private valet parking, and a 75-foot lap pool. It's no wonder why celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Meg Ryan, and Jake Gyllenhaal have also called this building home.

Justin Baldoni's Homes

As for Baldoni? He has a smaller real-estate portfolio on based the West Coast. In 2017, Baldoni and his wife, Emily, picked up a farmhouse-style property in Los Angeles for an undisclosed amount. At 2,000 square feet, it's smaller than Lively and Reynold's primary home; however, it's packed with personal touches. Most notable? A heart-shaped stone from the home's previous owner is built into the front steps.

Most recently, the Baldoni family has reportedly dropped $2.8 million on a 4,633-square-foot home in Ventura County. Not only do his new digs reportedly feature a light, spa-like palette, but he also told Architectural Digest that he designed his home with feng shui in mind. "Every place that we have lived in, we’ve had my mom feng shui, and it has really changed the energy of the space and brought us a lot of really good fortune," he said to the magazine.

So here's the multi-million dollar question: Who has the better home? Similar to their off-screen drama, it really depends. When it comes to size, Lively and Reynolds certainly have a larger real-estate portfolio. Plus, we love how they have country and city homes. However, there's something incredibly charming about all the thoughtful details Baldoni has put into his properties.

So maybe, similar to their public beef, there is no real winner. In the midst of this media frenzy, Baldoni was dropped by his agency and Lively has received a lot of backlash for her interview etiquette. Perhaps the consolation prize is that both stars have their own luxe, private sanctuaries from which to weather this storm.
