Pan Pacific Singapore, the flagship property of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, is undergoing a major refurbishment led by award-winning architecture and interior designer FDAT. The 790-room hotel’s S$30 million refurbishment initiative will be completed in the second half of this year.

“We are excited to unveil the redesigned Pan Pacific Singapore, where business and leisure travellers alike can indulge in the best cultural enclave of the island within our hotel. We’re honoured to be able to work closely with local talents, to infuse the panache of Singapore into the hotel’s DNA,” said Jeremy Aniere, General Manager, Pan Pacific Singapore.

“With Singapore’s position as one of the most popular tourist destinations, and what many consider the epicenter of Asia-Pacific businesses, we remain steadfast in our commitment to constantly evolve to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.”

The project will cover a newly constructed driveway with curated soft foliage and an upgrade of the atrium, one of the few designed by the legendary US architect John C. Portman, with inclusions of 16-metre trees and 6-metre architectural screens into the space. This is further complimented by the eight iconic pods which will serve as exclusive dining areas.

The refurbishment of its 476 rooms features intricate designs with functional spaces – perfect for corporate and leisure travellers. Each guest room offers a panoramic view of Marina Bay, the Singapore River, and the city skyline.
