Pakho Chau shares love for wife at concert

2 May - Hong Kong singer Pakho Chau had always been very private about his personal life, especially when it comes to his relationship and marriage to non-showbiz partner, Stephanie.

That is why fans were delighted when he opened up about their romance during his "One Step Closer" concert, Mingpao reported.

The singer, who spoke about his low-key romance and marriage with Stephanie, shared that the two of them basically grew up together during their ten years of relationship, and that he is thankful that she has dedicated her whole youth on being with him.

Pakho also shared that Stephanie has been very understanding and supportive of him throughout the years.

"There was a time when I had no work and no income, that I even had to ask her to help me financially. When we were planning to get married and friends told us that the paparazzi had been on to us, she even asked me if we need to postpone the wedding. I think she is really great. I am thankful that she would do anything for me," he said.

He then continued his performance with the song, "My Vow" and "One Step Closer" as the screen behind him features photos from their wedding, although they were silhouette photos that he previously shared with the media.

Pakho and Stephanie tied the knot in a low-key wedding held in Phuket, Thailand late last year.
