Oscar Leung is officially married
5 Jan – After 11 years of being in a relationship, TVB actor Oscar Leung and girlfriend Tina finally tied the knot.
Sina reported that on 1 January, the couple held a simple marriage ceremony in Hong Kong, attended by celebrity friends such as Michael Miu and wife Jamie Chik, Julian Cheung and wife Anita Yuen, Felix Wong, Nancy Wu, Sharon Chan, Benjamin Yuen and TVB executive Virginia Lok.
Oscar, who looked dashing in his white tuxedo and black dress pants, was clearly nervous when he made his vows. When asked about it, he revealed, "When my wife and I arrived, all sorts of emotions began to well up and so many images came to mind." Asked if Tina cried, he replied, "She's smart. She knew she would definitely cry if she speaks, so she let me do all the talking instead. But then she saw a good friend that she hasn't seen for a long time, and she finally cried."
Oscar added that they were also touched to see their friends' loved ones at the ceremony, saying, "Many of them saw us grow, including Michael Miu, Jamie Chik, Julian, Felix and Eric."
In a different interview the night before, Oscar was asked about his baby plans. To this he answered, "We will try our best. I am prepared for it. We will let nature take its course."
