Obsessed fan "plans" to marry Pakho Chau in August
22 Jul – Hong Kong singer Pakho Chau seems unaffected by the recent viral post of an obsessed fan claiming that the two of them are getting married.
As reported on Mingpao, a woman, who identified herself as Linda, announced online that she will be "Mrs Chau" soon, as she and the singer will be tying the knot this 18 August at a hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Linda also shared photos of her in a wedding gown and an invite that read, "Together with their parents, Linda and Pakho Chau request the honour of your presence at their marriage on Sunday, 18th August 2019 in InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong."
In several other different online posts, she claimed to have known Pakho since kindergarten, and that the singer has divorced his wife Stephanie Chu to marry her instead.
She also shared a photo of a man's wedding ring, writing, "To my PH, with endless love."
Pakho did not give any response or even shown any feelings about the issue during his appearance at the launch of Erica Li's new book, "77 Heartwarming".
When asked if he has done anything heartwarming, he said, "I do a lot because I want to have an effect on someone, like singing. But sometimes I don't have to be too deliberate, as long as I gave all my heart to my family and the people I love."
