Sports fans will recognise the name from the nutmeg move, where a player passes the ball through an opponent’s legs. The nutmeg quite possibly may be one of the most entertaining plays to watch. It also requires an incredible amount of skill and just that tiny smidgen of luck. Apart from soccer, players also employ the tactic in sports such as hockey, ice hockey and even basketball.

This short film comes at a thrilling time as we enter the final stages of the FIFA World Cup 2022. Leo Messi has helped his team into the semi-finals in what is likely the 35-year-old’s final appearance at the prestigious international tournament.

The World Cup is the only major soccer tournament prize that has eluded the Argentine superstar all through his career. While many already proclaim him the Greatest of All Time, that title will only get that final infusion of authenticity when the golden trophy is held up high in Messi’s hands with confetti streaming down all around the Argentina team.

Messi’s team will be up against Croatia in the early hours of 14 Dec 2022. The winner of that semi-final will play the team that triumphs in the France-Morocco clash on 15 Dec 2022.
