Nora Danish addresses controversy of recent podcast's topic
21 Oct - Nora Danish recently stressed that she was not trying to touch on any recent issue concerning any artistes in the recent podcast episode she did with Neelofa and Natasha Ozeir.
The actress, who was asked about the said podcast, where the three spoke about spousal financial support, stated that the podcast was recorded back in July, before the issue concerning former married couple Fazura and Fattah Amin made headlines.
"It was just recently that it was released. I just had my divorce at the time. Maybe the team had a reason why they decided to delay its release, including scheduling," she said.
Nora said that she even had a discussion with the team about the timing of the release, not wanting to hurt any parties involved.
"But I was told that there is no issue since we are not siding with any party. Furthermore, the topic that was discussed was quite general," she added.
It is noted that Neelofa had to make a disclaimer prior to the episode's release to ensure that people will not make the mistake of thinking they were taking advantage of the recent controversy.
