Nike Will Release an SB Dunk Collaboration This Summer That Looks Just Like a Football

The sport to which Limosine Skateboards caters is right there in the name, but it’s football that’s taking the spotlight for its debut collaboration with Nike SB.

The Limosine Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low will release this summer with a look that will make you want to throw it with a tight spiral. A Pebbled brown leather upper mimics that used for a football, and the laces from the ball are replicated on the tongue. Matching white shoelaces will the run atop them, and a black swoosh with silver trim is printed onto the sneaker just like on Nike’s own footballs. Tucked beneath near the heel you’ll then find Limosine’s logo in the same black and silver.

Instagram user @chickenwop_, known for leaking early images of sneakers, revealed the first look at Limosine’s SB Dunk.

Limosine is a newer brand out of New York City founded in 2021 by Max Palmer, Cyrus Bennett, Aaron Loreth and Logan Lara after they had left Call Me 917. It launched with the “Paymaster” video, which featured the breakout part for Nelly Morville, and quickly cemented itself as having one of the strongest and most personality-driven teams in the scene.

Bennett, who’s been responsible for Limosine graphics, told Quartnersnacks in a 2022 interview: “It’s spelled that way so we wouldn’t run into any problems with legal stuff, and so it would come up easier in a search. I think it’s cool because it’s a vehicular mode of transportation — a luxurious one — but it’s obviously bullsh*t because we’re haphazardly doing it. We’re still figuring everything out.”

Paris-based Riot also got its debut SB Dunk collaboration in 2025, and recent years have seen There, April and Tightbooth make their marks on the silhouette as part of a new generation of SB Dunk collaborators.

The Limosine Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low will release June 19, likely through the Snkrs app and select local skateshops. Pricing is set at $135.
