Nicole Wu dismisses idea of Crystal Fung chasing after the rich
23 Sep – TVB artiste Nicole Wu has recently dismissed the idea that Crystal Fung has been trying to get into the elite circle and befriend the wealthy.
As reported on Mingpao, the former Miss Hong Kong 2017 alumna who is currently dating her wealthy boyfriend Reeve, addressed recent reports about Crystal being seen at Reeve's birthday party, saying that Crystal and Reeve know each other even longer than she herself.
"She didn't know him through me. We're not that familiar with one another. Instead, we were acquainted through Reeve," she said, adding that Reeve has many friends and loves to meet new people.
Nicole smiled when asked of the notion that Crystal was trying to get in with the wealthy crowd - especially after she was previously caught attending a yacht party with the late Stanley Ho's son Arnaldo Ho, saying that there is no such thing.
As for her recent post that read, "The world is too complicated, I'm too simple!", Nicole said that it was her thoughts about the injustices in the world and has nothing to do with the news.
