Nicky Hilton Beckons Spring In White Patent Kiki Ankle Boots At Marc Jacobs Spring 2025 Runway Show
Nicky Hilton elevated a classic cream tweed set to new heights in her favorite white patent leather Marc Jacobs Kiki Ankle boots at the designer’s spring 2025 runway show at the stunning New York Public Library in New York City on Monday.
The Kiki boots feature a chunky three-inch platform sole and towering six-inch block heel, with iconic Mary Jane-inspired multiple buckle detailing. Hilton opted for the ankle boot version, which is a reimagining of the original head-turning knee-high boot that debuted on Marc Jacobs’ fall 2016 runway.

The Kiki boot has become a celebrity favorite in recent years, with Beyoncé rocking a Swarovski-encrusted pair on her couture-laden Renaissance tour and Kendall Jenner, Paris Hilton, Kim Petras, Anitta and Grimes all donning the head-turning platforms at the 2023 Met Gala. Marc Jacobs and its buzzy Heaven sub-brand has released the memorable shoes in an enticing variety of colorways and materials, including croc-print, ballet-inspired pink satin (as seen on Ice Spice) and even revamping Dorothy’s ruby red slippers from “Wizard of Oz.”
Hilton is among the loyal celeb fans of Kiki boots. She wore the same sleek white patent pair at the WSJ. Innovator Awards last October, where Marc Jacobs won the Fashion Award. Hilton’s style can be defined as classically feminine with a designer touch. Her footwear reflects this with classic pointed-toe pumps and slingbacks and glitzy stilettos. The Kiki boots add a bold, playful and modern touch to her enviable closet.
The heiress and designer sat next to Bowen Yang and U Beauty founder Tina Chen Craig to watch the wildly sculptural Baroque-inspired show that unofficially kicked off New York Fashion Week. Alex Conansi walked the show after joining Charli XCX on stage during her GRAMMYs closing performance on Sunday. June Ambrose, Tina Leung and Meredith Duxbury were also in attendance. New York Fashion Week officially starts on Thursday and runs through next Tuesday, and the Marc Jacobs show was one of the first runway events of the week.
