Nicholas Teo makes acting comeback with Chinese drama
13 Jun - Nicholas Teo is set to make his acting comeback with the new TV series, "Jiwu".
As reported on Oriental Daily, this drama will be his first time participating in a Chinese TV series in many years since he has made his debut. It is noted that his last drama was the 2019's Taiwanese series, "A Thousand Goodnights".
"Jiwu" has a total of 24 episodes and is expected to be filmed in Quanzhou, Fujian for three months.
The lead characters are played by Su Xiaotong and Darren Wong, who play real estate agent Yao Man and lawyer Han Tingwei, who meet while selling a luxury house and start a professional relationship.
In the drama, Nicholas will play a character named Cao Qian. Although he is not the protagonist of the drama, his role is still quite important.
