Wu Chun to have a son
4 Oct – Fans have yet to recover from the shocking news that Wu Chun is already married and has a three-year-old daughter, but the singer-actor dropped another bombshell by saying that his wife is having another baby.
China Times website reported that during the launch of his new book, "Ignite Courage" on 3 October, the 33-year-old singer bowed to the media as soon as he got up on the stage, and said, "There is still another baby coming soon", revealing that his wife will be giving birth to a son this month.
The former Fahrenheit member also shared more information in regards to his earlier announcement, saying that he married his teenage sweetheart, Lin Liying in 2009 and had their first daughter in 2010.
In 2011, the actor vehemently denied rumours of his marriage and his child when Taiwanese tabloids published a photo of him with a four-month-old baby. He even threatened to sue the magazine for fabricated reports.
When one of the reporters at the event reminded him of the incident and asked him to apologise, Wu Chun awkwardly replied, "That child was indeed not mine. She was my sister-in-law's daughter. But I admit that when the story was published, I did decide to keep mum about my family."
He also apologised to his agency, saying that even his manager didn't know about his marriage and added, "At the time, I thought that it would be better if less people knew about it. My father also instructed me to keep it a secret too."
