The Independent Spirit Awards, founded in 1984, celebrate the best films and performances in the independent film and television industry. The 39th annual ceremony, held in Los Angeles on Sunday, is hosted by comedian and former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Aidy Bryant. This year sees the introduction of a new category: Best Breakthrough Performance in a New Scripted Series.

Ali Wong

Ali Wong opted for a Cong Tri maxidress featuring a ruffled collar and an open back. Her sequined frock came from the label’s spring 2024 collection.

Charles Melton

Charles Melton suited up in a Louis Vuitton ensemble from the label’s pre-fall 2024 collection. His look consisted of a navy double-breasted blazer, white shirt and tie, baggy khaki pants and black loafers.

Emma Corrin

Emma Corrin paired a black satin Miu Miu shift with green embellished tights and a pair of the brand’s patent buckle slingback mules.
