These are the stories making headlines in fashion on Friday.

Kanye West reportedly taps Dov Charney as Yeezy CEO
Dov Charney, best known as the ousted founder of American Apparel and current CEO of Los Angeles Apparel, will serve as Yeezy's new CEO, Lauren Sherman from Puck reports. Yeezy recently moved into a new office in West Hollywood, pointedly placed next to an Adidas store. Both Kanye West and Charney have chaotic, controversy-filled pasts — West with racist and anti-Semitic comments and Charney with sexual harassment allegations and a history of mismanagement — which has left Sherman wondering: Can they get a fashion company off the ground? {Puck/paywalled}

L'Oréal introduces AR tool for perfect brows
Ever wish TikTok's perfect brows filter could actually be applied to your face? L'Oréal's new 3D Shu:brow does just that. By using AR facial recognition to map out the perfect brows according to the user's face shape, 3D Shu:brow paints on the made-to-order brows with 3D-printed inkjets. L'Oréal is increasing its overall use of AI technology by using co-bots (collaborative robots), which Guive Balooch, L'Oréal's global managing director of augmented beauty and open innovation, said helps the company "formulate better" and "look for new molecules and ingredients." {Vogue Business/paywalled}
